An individual (hereinafter — the "User"), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019 "On Personal Data", hereby gives their consent to
LLC "QUALQORE" (registered address: 100060, Uzbekistan, 53B Shota Rustaveli Street; hereinafter — "QUALQORE")
for the processing of their personal data.
The acceptance of this Consent is expressed by the User through the provision of their personal data and by marking agreement with the terms of this document on the relevant web page (by checking the respective box).
To enable communication between the User and QUALQORE regarding any inquiries, as well as for other purposes defined in the QUALQORE Privacy Policy.

• Data automatically transmitted to QUALQORE in the course of using the Website, including:
• information about the User's computer such as browser type and version, operating system, and IP address;
• data about the User's actions on the Website, including navigation between pages, duration of visits, and date and time of access;

Collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, transfer, anonymization, and destruction.
Automated and non-automated.
The User's personal data may be transferred to third parties in the cases and manner provided for in the QUALQORE Privacy Policy.
For the purpose of maintaining QUALQORE's information systems, the processing of the User's personal data may be entrusted to third-party organizations providing IT and system maintenance services to QUALQORE.
This consent shall remain in effect for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in the QUALQORE Privacy Policy.
The User may withdraw their Consent at any time by submitting a Request for Withdrawal of Consent to QUALQORE.
Such a Request must include:
1.1. The User's full name and email address;
1.2. The purpose(s) of personal data processing for which the User withdraws their Consent.
A written (paper) Request for Withdrawal of Consent may be delivered in person to QUALQORE's office or sent by mail through Uzbekistan Post.
An electronic Request for Withdrawal of Consent may be sent by email to privacy@qualqore.com.
In the event of withdrawal of consent, QUALQORE shall have the right to continue processing the User's personal data without consent where such processing is permitted by applicable law.
If there are no legal grounds for further processing, QUALQORE shall cease processing and destroy the User's personal data within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request.
